I would say it’s the Herald, from Edison Pens. Just a guess.
Considering the colour I think it is in ebonite, isn’t it? I like the line, also if it is not an original style, with these colour is perfect and seems a vintage pen. The perfect nib could be a stub or a 0.9 italic.
